Where is the NAA office?
The office is at R. dos Sapateiros 39, 3.º Esq., 1100-576 Lisboa, in the Baixa district. We see clients throughout the country, by appointment, as well as remotely, by video consultation or by telephone.
How much does the first consultation cost?
For road traffic and workplace accidents, as well as civil liability, the first consultation costs 60 euros (VAT included). In family and child law, criminal law and employment law it is 90 euros (VAT included). For legal-agent services, the cost depends on the act and is set out before you go ahead. If the matter is taken on by the office, that amount may be absorbed into the fees.
Does the first consultation commit me to going ahead with the case?
The first consultation commits you to nothing. It is there to understand your situation and explain the options open to you. You remain free to decide whether or not to go ahead.
Do I need to know which area my case falls under?
Just tell us what happened, in your own words. You do not need to know which area it falls under, because we direct the case to the NAA lawyer who can help you. For example, the same accident can be a road traffic accident, a workplace accident and a criminal case all at the same time.
